MedWeave is built around medication reconciliation: compare the active list with labels, discharge notes and clinician records, then keep name, dose, schedule, refill context, expected benefit and side effects together. A medication-review note can flag a duplicate, schedule issue, refill, side effect or question and attach an optional label image for later reference.
The care board and appointment workspace turn a complex regimen into concrete questions for a pharmacist or clinician. A chronological timeline helps show what changed and when, while the report is something you inspect before sharing. MedWeave records the list and your observations; it never tells you to combine, skip, start or stop a medicine.
The website Direct edition is separately signed and Apple-notarized, with every feature included after one purchase and no subscription, trial timer, locked tier, StoreKit screen, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. The gallery uses the existing Mac App Store capture as an interface reference; any Pro control visible there does not describe the fully unlocked Direct build.
