What Metra does

A private GLP-1 companion that keeps doses, appetite, comfort, hydration and energy in one local record. It turns repeated check-ins into trends and a concise summary you can review before a care conversation.

Metra brings the observations that are easy to forget into one calm daily view: appetite, comfort, hydration, energy, treatment schedules and whether a dose was taken, late or skipped. Entries stay in the app's private local container unless you explicitly export or share them.

The point is not to turn one difficult day into a conclusion. Metra groups repeated measurements across 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and all-time ranges, then prepares a plain-language summary of tracked signals, active treatments and adherence history. You can review and edit what is relevant before sharing it with a clinician.

The website edition is a separately signed Apple-notarized build. Every feature is available after one purchase, with no subscription, trial timer, locked tier, StoreKit screen, advertising SDK or analytics SDK.

Keep medicine name, dose, schedule and instructions together, then record each dose as taken, late or skipped for a visible adherence history.

Repeatable daily check-ins

Record appetite, comfort, hydration, energy and other observations consistently rather than relying on memory at the next appointment.

Trends without diagnosis

Review averages, lows, highs and changes across practical time ranges. Metra describes your observations; it does not label them as a condition.

A report you control

Generate a concise summary of signals, treatments, adherence and journal entries, review it first, and export only when you choose.

Private by default

Records are stored locally with explicit backup, import and erase controls. There is no advertising or analytics SDK.

What it doesn't do

Metra is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, detect emergencies, calculate a dose, or recommend starting, stopping or changing treatment. Decisions about medication and symptoms belong with a qualified clinician.
