LumaRest combines a calm daily recovery note with repeatable sleep, stress and energy measurements. Record how restored you feel and the context around the night, then keep the next morning's energy beside it instead of trying to reconstruct the week from memory.

The experiment planner helps you change one routine at a time. Define the question, expected result, primary signal and observation window, then compare repeated entries in the trends view. The purpose is to make a routine easier to discuss and evaluate, not to turn a correlation into a medical conclusion.

The website edition is a separately signed and Apple-notarized build. Every feature is included after one purchase, with no subscription, trial timer, locked tier, StoreKit screen, advertising SDK or analytics SDK.
