Add a family record update for a result, insurance detail, allergy, history or document, attach it to the right person, and keep an optional image when the record benefits from a visual reference. Medication schedules, care tasks and appointments sit beside that history instead of being scattered across calendars and notes.
Appointment preparation gathers priorities, questions and recent context before a visit. The care board makes owners and due dates visible, while an emergency or appointment summary can be reviewed and trimmed before it is shared. Hearthfile organizes the facts you enter; it does not interpret them or decide what care someone needs.
The website Direct edition is separately signed and Apple-notarized, with every feature included after one purchase and no subscription, trial timer, locked tier, StoreKit screen, advertising SDK or analytics SDK. The gallery uses the existing Mac App Store capture as an interface reference; any Pro control visible there does not describe the fully unlocked Direct build.
